Scott joined Gallatin Associates Inc., now Gallatin Partners, Inc., as an intern from December 2004 to March 2004. After graduating with a Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Montana State University-Bozeman, he went on to earn his Executive MBA from the University of Arizona- Eller College of Management.
Scott started his career at a Fortune 150 company working in a variety of positions, including finance and development. In these roles, he delivered several thousand residential lots in both large master planned developments and infill projects. After gaining a solid understanding of horizontal land development, Scott pursued vertical construction in Kauia, Hawaii, where he helped deliver an $80 million private luxury resort. He went on to manage two general contracting companies in the Lake Tahoe, California region where he was responsible for overall performance of portfolio in excess of $10 million. With more than 13 years of experience in the residential and hotel markets and partnering with major hospitality brands, Scott recently served 5 years with CSM Corporation in Minneapolis as the senior director of development and construction. In this role, he executed more than $200 million of lodging projects. His extensive understanding of the development cycle — from acquisition and entitlements to end construction — plays a key role in strong development opportunities and financial models.
Scott throughly enjoyed being a part of a vibrant, active, and energized small company resulted in him being exposed to a variety of situations and learning experiences in a very short timeframe. Hearing first hand from Al and Jerry the strategies and details that go into underwriting development opportunities are principles he still uses in his career today. The pre-development efforts and renderings as well as the financial model that he worked on with Gallatin Partners, Inc. over 16 years ago on the potential big sky Golfing casting club was his favorite project as an intern.

Upon receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas and law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, Anne worked for Gallatin Associates, Inc., now Gallatin Partners Inc., for a total of four years. She started as a sales representative from May 2011- August 2012 and was then promoted to Vice President of Marketing from April 2013 to July 2015. After working for Gallatin Partners, Inc, Anne took her knowledge of law and land development into her future finance career endeavors.
Anne rejoined Gallatin Partners just in time to participate in the early stages of design of Phase I of The 19th project in the Meadow Village. She sat in architectural meetings, helped assemble interior package options, assisted buyers with interior design selections (flooring, cabinetry, plumbing/lighting fixtures, paint/plaster colors, and options and upgrades). She also was able to choose the interior options and design selections for the spec unit which was the most fun part of the construction process for her. This project was the first time she participated in the construction process from "theory on paper" through completed construction. She was also able to assist in drafting the condominium docs for the project, which was very educational (and enjoyable!) for a recent law school grad that focused on real estate law.

Kelsey joined the Gallatin Partners team in June of 2020 as a summer intern looking to receive insightful and hands-on experience in real estate before graduating from Montana State University-Bozeman with her Business Finance degree.
After graduation, Kelsey accepted a position with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as a Shareholder Services Analyst on the 529 Services Team. She moved to the Columbus, Ohio office in May and is looking to continue at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and planning to eventually pursue a career at J.P. Morgan in portfolio management in upcoming years.
During her time with Gallatin Partners, Kelsey had a front-row seat to the wrapping of the final construction phase of The 19th Condiminiums. Two of her biggest projects included creating a sample book of The 19th's units for potential buyers to review and, developed a projection model that aimed to keep Gallatin Partners on-track while building. Through these projects and the steady guidence of Al and Jerry, she gained the impermative real estate expereince she was seeking. Aside from her day-to-day projects relating to The 19th, Kelsey enjoyed sitting in on meetings and was involved in on-site decision making during construction
